In the entrance of subway or bus stations several kinds of newspaper for free of charge are laid. People take them to read in subway or bus. After they read them they leave them on the shelf or throw into the collecting container. After the rush hour old men usually collect the newspapers for earning by selling at recycling stores. The big sack was laid in aisle while the collector was busy with collecting through the train.
