at Gwanghwamun Square, Seoul

Gwanghwamun Gate from the Gwanghwamun Square
Over the Gwanghwamun Gate the Kyung-bok Palace locates. Behind the Palace locates the Blue House (President's Residence). On the right side water flows over the stones on which historical events were recorded every year from 1392 to 2008. The Gwanghwamun Square was finished and open to public on 2009.

People can read important historical or social events written on the stones from 1392 when the Lee Dynasty was founded by King Taejo to 2008. A policeman was looking at me sketching this one. He was guiding the passenters to walk across the crossing safely.
